Just cause the phone # is not in service does not mean the place is not in busines.
lots of reasons to take the number out of service, and then again maybe they did get busted or just could not make it in this economy

I doubt that there is full service in this place.
If they did and word got out (and it would) that would be a gold plated invite for LE to raid the place.

I suppose (if you get known as a regular) there are lap dances with a little ......
