The phone number on that ad does not link with any verifiable profile here so avoid. Having an IG account means nothing. Anyone can have one.

Go through the ads on the NY/Philly/NJ "buzz" sites, pending which big town is closer to you. Make sure the girl has many reviews here on TER and good ones too, over a few years. Look at her twitter and read her website thoroughly. Start there then get back with questions. Good luck!
