What does it mean when a provider says they are "party friendly"?

Party friendly = drugs

I am pretty sure that it means drugs. I would stay away if I were you.

In my world - it is as it reads - party means - PARTY sense when Party =drug use?

Who actually is not using urban dictionary and if he looking for party friendly woman he looks for  
 "She'll attend a party with you"

I be in NJ for party and was in May for BIG party .. yet with no drugs.

Yup... It means they are a dirty trashbag of a provider and probably looking for you to not only PAY them but to also get them high. LOL
