So I had yet to have so much has a cancelation since entering this profession. Tonight I had my first no show. This particular gentlemen...or lack there of... has contacted me on several occassions but our schedules never seemed to match. Today was his birthday so we made it happen. I went and bought champagne, cupcakes, ect.  We were supposed to meet at 8:15. 8:20 comes and I ask if he is close. No response. 8:30 I text "???"... No response. by 9pm I figured to throw in the towel. My first time being stood up. Is this comman? I mean I went out of my way to really try and make this a special occassion for him. I just think its so disrespectful. If I am even running a few minutes late I let the other person know.  I just can't stand people who dont respect other peoples time. Grrr! Thank god for the guys who are complete gentlemen ... makes me look so much more forward to seeing them when something like this happens.
