So I did my first AMP today in the Jersey Suburbs and have some general questions as I've never done this before.  

I got the "house" thing... $50 goes to the house.  

Got a great massage but then nothing else.  Am I supposed to suggest things??  Is there a standard menu of items (and prices) to choose from??  I just wanted a massage and a handjob but was too embarrassed to ask for it.
