I have been following Indy Girls for quite some time - their ladies consistantly receive great reviews as does the way they appear to conduct their business.
I have wanted to see many of their ladies - for me they are geographically undesirable. Recently they had a few ladies in Parsippany - much closer to me.
I called, left a very nice & detailed msg, who i was why i was calling - etc. Received a call back from them a minute or so later & was advised they are now "privatized" not taking any new clients.
I politely mentioned to the lady who was now addressing me in an extremely adversarial manner, while i was attempting to ALWAYS conduct myself as a gentleman throughout the conversation.
I mentioned that I have been a posting on TER for a many years, gave her my "handle" & that i've been into the hobby for 30 years, i would offer references, etc. .
I was told - "based on what's happening out there, we are not taking any new clients"
Well, there's nothing i can do about that, everyone should be entitled to operate their business as they please.
However, i do believe, TER should disqualify all reviews from Indy Girls - TER guidelines clearly state "all providers reviewed have web presence". It is my belief, that as a VIP member at TER and unable to access a review, the review should not be allowed to be posted. I am certain there are many hobbyists who maintain their VIP status based on the credit they receive for posting reviews of Indy Girl providers.
I feel absolutely discriminated against, based on Indy Girls complete unwillingness to accept references, to be considered as a client. I may request one of the attorneys i keep on retainer, to investigate if their is any legal president to protect us hobbyists - perhaps i'll set that president regarding discrimination.

I would love to see the face of your attorney, when you tell him you want to bring legal action against an Escort Agency for not accepting you as a client. That's priceless. And you want to do that to protcect us hobbyists? From what? Being discriminated against? Wow so are you going to sue any girl that does not see you for any reason she chooses as well?
Dude not to sound harsh here, but you sound more like somebody that just entered the hobby yesterday than like a guy that is doing this for 30 years.
There will always be agencies and indies that won't see for whatever reason and in this case it is a safety issue, because of the current situation in NJ. It's their choice.
Now I do agree with you on one thing though, that during this current situation no new reviews of their girls should be allowed, because of the missing web presence.
I have been using Indy Girls for a couple of years and have experienced nothing but wonderful service from them.
Due to LE problems in that area they have to be very careful right now. Thet would not be doing us or themselves a favor if they were careless and got shut down. When things ease up they probably will too but for now they do need to protect their girls, clients and business.
They sent out an e-mail to all their mail list clients explaining all of this.
While I am sorry that you can not hook up with the girl you want at this time I think they are doing the right thing. As a member of TER yes I would still want to see reviews posted for their girls.

Since Indy girls are not taking ANY new clients, how is that discrimination against you?
No new clients means no new clients no matter how long you have been in the hobby or who your references are. It is not a matter of them being unwilling to accept your references it is a matter of NO new clients means NO new clients.
In fact to say they are unwilling to accept references is dishonest since they are not accepting ANY new clients.
Every now and then I see a post from a gal or agency that they are not taking any new clients, and to the best of my knowledge that is not against TER rules.
They do have a web presence, so I do not know what you are talking about, maybe you do not either.
As for you setting a president .....now that is funny.

There are reasons for this. It does not have anything to do with you or with them. However, with your attitude they might not see you after the dust settles. Do a little research and you will discover what the problem is. it has been in the papers. Everyone is being cautious right now.

bottom line, i submitted my comments on the board re: Indy Girls because I was pssd off. When I called this AM, introduced myself - gave my full name, i was a total gentleman, I swear - - i had just left a detailed msg on their answering machine, which i mentioned to the young lady calling & i promise ALL of you
she's immediately giving me big time attitude.
for those of you who who have posted ?? my # of posts or lack thereof or my "contacting my attorney" i apologize - which i admit was bullshit & stupid although i do maintain attorneys on retainer.
i have been a hobbyist since the mid 70's, have been with plenty of women from ny - la - the far east. i was an orig member of TER & posted under another name for many years & was kicked off TER for "disagreements" with the "Board"!! i quit the hobby for approx 6 years & recently got back into it, it's just so much easier than dealing with dating, marriage, broads in general - - etc. .
i am sorry if i offended any of you, i'm a stand up dude who doesn't like to get messed with, my intent wasnt't to offend but to inform TER that in my opinion- most recently when attempting to view any posts of Indy Girls on TER requires a password to access their site should now disqualify that post due to TER rules clearly states the provider has a web presence. If i'm a VIP member & i cannot access a review, there is NO web presence - - thank you & goodnight!

What did you think would happen when you bullshit us about your posting, and contacting attorneys for discrimination, and bad mouthing a well respected group of gals.

Also not surprised you have attorneys on retainer, you apparently need a team of them to get your ass out of hot water, often I would guess.
I know of no TER rule that a site cannot have password access.
In any case as posted the password requirement is being removed, and do not think you had anything to do with that.

I have to admit I was a little bummed the other day when I read IG's schedule post and I could not access the web site. I have not used IG for quite some time. I now live in Pa. I believe the last time was when they had Lorena and another Latin all star, who I sessioned with and can't remember her name. I have CRS, (can't remember shit) Anyway I remember getting an email advising me of thier intention to go private. I signed up but lost my password. I understand fully the desire to protect the girls and the business,I just wish my memory was better..lol

Due to recent activities in the CNJ area which was in the news papers we decided to let things die down and pasword protect our site for a few days due to it . There have been many new things to restructure in our organization.
1. We have been in business for many years and are well known on this board as many others. Due to recent LE activity and other things brought to our attention by our friends in the higher ups they made suggestions as to how to keep ourselves, our girls and most of all our valued clients that have kept us in business so many years safe. With all of this beoing said I decided that for now we would close enrollment to new clients.
2. Do I believe LE will die down after elections? The answer is no. It will not due to so many careless agencies that have made this problem for all the good one's. Many agencies want to make a quick buck and do not realize that there are people's lives they play with every day. Some agency owners threaten, beat and even hire under age girls. I have seen and have taken girls form other agencies that have been thru this so you can imagine.
3. I am a very good business woman and I try and be polite with everyone. There were some gentleman that did call and I did say that enrollment was closed for time being and I got some that said thank you and some that said "Die YOU CUNT" on the phone after I explained to them we were not taking any new clients. I am not rude to anyone unless they are rude to me first as I should not deal with the antics of a new client asking questions such as WHY NOT take new clients? I am a business owner as many of you are on this board. I love my job and my clients and this is why I took pre cautions necessary to make sure all were safe .
Let's be honest we are not safe in this business and when LE has it in for you they will continue to harass till they try and get you . Way of the game I guess. I just wanted to make sure that I was safe along with the clients that have been loyal and faithful and have loved my service all of these years. Can you blame me? I mean there was a gentleman in this area that ran a service and was in the newspaper recently for holding three girls hostage against their will with a starter pistol and god knows what else. So why take precautions? I mean why not just let all my client suffer right? The answer is NO . I am sorry sir you felt this way but to be honest if you would have just kept track of my business perhaps as other times before you would have checked back to see if enrollment was open.
I am sorry to all that I did not post here earlier as to why I did what I did recently with my company as it must have been confusing. I just want to earn my living and make sure, myself, my girls,and the loyal clients I have had for so many years are safe that is all.

...and I have applied online with my information as directed during periods in which new clients are welcome and have yet to get a client number. Periodically, I try again and get closed out during the "no new client period."
As frustrating as the wait to see Susie is, however, I will wait patiently until I get lucky, but not only do I understand Jewels's position, I would never harass her for trying to protect her business and her clients. I followed the same procedure with anoher Jersey agency and now that i am cleared, I feel safe with the agency.
So if IG has this policy, be patient- once accepted you will know its a safe agency for all!
