I believe that the person posting is someone from Long Island who had a session canceled, and then who was refunded his deposit within a few days (definitely less than a week). I've tried to reach out again by e-mail but other than that there is not much that I can do. I have apologized for the inconvenience multiple times.

I still apparently have some residual bad will in NYC (and related areas) because of a trip I had to cancel last February, because of the snow storm "Nemo." I have also had numerous successful and rewarding trips to NYC as well.
