I dont think you have to defend yourselves Jewels. I have been hobbying for over 20 years and you are by far the best agency I have ever seen. You offer a wide variety of high quality girls to choose from and look out for the safety of both your employees and clients.
And you do it at an afoordable price considerate to your clients budgets which is also very appreciated.

Are they kidding?  Why would anyone give out that much information about themselves.  I found a provider (Michelle) who is independent, has her own web site, real pics including face, answers her phone, answers her email, and never once asked me to verify who I was, or even ask if I was ellie or not.  I know that's not her real name and she doesn't know mine either.

I can tell you that any popular agency or high profile provider is going to ask for the same information.  It is to protect the girls.

I have used IndyGirls now for a number of years and they have ALWAYS treated me right.  They have the best quality women anywhere in NJ.  Independent providers are VERY hit or miss.

I have not used IndyGirls, but  most of the better providers expect to screen their clients.  There is a safety issue for both the client and provider.  While I don't like to providing  verification, I would have second thoughts about seeing a provider who doesn't screen.

I am sorry you object to our methods of doing business and you hit the jack pot with an independent that does not screen so my congrats.

That is not who we are or what we are about.  We have been in business for many years and would like to stay that way.  You coming on here to rant about screening is unecessary and a waste of space .  If you do not like the way things are done then move on and hopefully your name will not be  next in the newspapers along with your picture due to them not screening.

I'd say the OP setup a false dichotomy, i.e. between NJ IndyGirls' screening, and no screening--and you responded as if those were the only two options.

Personally, I understand the need for screening.  I wouldn't want to see a girl who does no screening--I'd be concerned for both of our safety.

However, you do seem to be asking for a lot of personal info.  Do you always require all of this for every client who uses your services for the first time?  Especially:  home address, multiple email addresses, and driver license number.  Seems a bit excessive to me.  I'm aware of few (if any) other providers or agencies who require this much info.

Indy does a great job.

Frankly I would tend to stay away from a gal who does not screen. That is not to say all gals who do not screen are bad.
just that the screening seems to make it a bit safer for both.

I know I'm going to take a lot of sh*t for this post.  So be it.

I've been in the hobby for a long time and seen a lot of girls and used a lot of agencies.  A little screening I don't mind but some of the things, like Driver's License, that some agencies ask for is far too much.  I'm always concerned that one of the employees of the agency (phone girl, escort, or whoever) will get the information and sell it (maybe to feed a drug addiction) and then I've got an identity theft problem on my hands.  That can take decades to fix.

But what most people really don't get is: Screening is mostly useless.

All screening does is get the guy's personal information. You can ask for as much info you want, check out the guy as much as you want based on that information, but once the guy is alone somewhere with the escort, she can still be raped, robbed, murdered, or whatever.  And what good did the screening do to protect the girl?  All it does is (maybe) give you a way to track the guy down afterward.  If you even go to the police... and if the guy didn't give you someone else's info.   Getting the personal info really doesn't guarantee the safety of the girl.

No, as far as I'm concerned, the only way to really protect the girls is to ask for REFERENCES.  That's it, just references.  If multiple girls or agencies tell you that they've never had a problem with the guy, then the guy is probably safe to be alone with.  Nothing is more indicative of safety than the guy having a good track record with other girls.

Screening gets you nothing.  References gets you everything you really need to know to ensure the girl's safety.

And, yes, I realize that it's tough for some, especially newbies, to have references.  Them's the breaks.  No one ever said the hobby was easy. :-)

I would be uneasy giving out the information required here to anyone, let alone an agency like this one. The fact they want your home address, work info, and DL# when you don't even know the girl's name is too much to lose IMO.

I had to answer on this due to the fact that you are a hobbyist and have no idea what goes on in the back ends of this business.

References do nadda.  Here is an example.  We used to go by references until a well known provider gave us a refernce for a client she did not even meet and this guy ended up being more dangerous than anything else for the girl in that room.  We were lucky that time but decided to take no risks any time after.  As I said it works for us and it will continue to work for us.  Just due to the fact that you apply for membership here does not mean that even if you give this info we will take you . Hell soon we will not be taking new clients due to the many we do have and have filled out the form.  When you sir own an agency then you can speak about this until then I would go about my daily routine in life and leave this business to the peole that have been in it for years.  

Identity theft can happen on your own computer even with no one asking for this info so please enough and like I said before to the nice gentleman,  "If you do not like the practices move on ."  Regards, Jewels

You make a lot of assumptions in your message - one of which is that I don't know the business end of things.  I do.  I've been in this hobby for decades and have helped women, agencies, and brothels in their business.  I know more than you think.

If you take a reference from someone YOU don't know and don't trust, and have a bad experience with the guy, it's on you.    If you take them from ladies you know and trust, you'll do better.

It's fairly easy in many parts of the country to get fake ids.  Teenagers have been doing it for a long time so they can drink and buy cigarettes.  They're also cheap.  To prove my point with an agency, I once gave my boss' name to them, had a driver's license made up in his name and my photo, and gave them his address, and the rest of the info that matched him except business phone - I used mine since it was a direct line and not under my name but our employers'.  I had my session with the girl, and then called up the agency and came clean.  They were furious but they saw my point - ids are easy to fake and the fact that they "screened" me meant little - I could have done pretty much anything in that room.    Since I used my boss' id had I done something criminal, I probably would have been caught but if I had used a strangers info, or someone not so closely connected to me...

In any event, the screening process tells you nothing except what the guy wants to tell you.  You are not likely to have the time or ability to verify all the information and what little you check - DL when the guy walks in the room, business phone, whether a home phone is registered in his name, etc. can all be faked.  Easily.

References from ladies who have seen the guy, whom you trust, are, in general MUCH more reliable ways to screen because it's harder to fake.  I'm not saying it's impossible.  I'm not saying you won't have bad results like the one you described.  But, it's harder to fake because you have to get someone else to lie for you and ruin their own reputation.

Thanks for that sir it is much appreciated but as I said if he does not like it he can move on and yadda yadda it is the way of the world and I choose to do business this way and it works for me and for all involved in our circle.  Hell I wish he would take me up on my offer to buy this place for what I command for it and I tell you sir I would be one happy lady screwing and sitting under a coconut tree with a mojito in one hand and a big juicy dick in another.  :) xoxoJ

Each gal/agency has their own way to screen. they must be comfortable with it, and so must you. if you are not just move on and I'm sure you will find some gals/agencies that you can work with.
