I started it and was trying to get inquiries about it. I only got about 6 responses from this.. So I assume that its a dead issue with this, unless more people would like to have one

These are held in NYC periodically, and lots of providers attend.   Try reading the M&G or NY boards for info!  NJ is not a good venue for this...
