not sure why it's such a surprise to everyone. I think it's just beginning too...remember February is the month to watch. But it's a short month, so keep your chins up, March is around the corner and the sun will be here before you know it. I'm excited As I've said before, I bet no one in the northeast will take spring or summer for granted this year especially.
