My yahoo account was hacked too from some fucker in Korea. The fix was first to change my password,and constantly check the log in records to see if anyone has been in it since you..just Google how to do it.
Yahoo sucks,lately I have been happier with mail.com.
Possibly,I think a constant changing every week or so of your password would be prudent. But that sucks too.
