Well, you could start by looking at the New Jersey ads forum where many qualified providers advertise. In looking at their websites you may come across links to two regional boards which carry a lot of ads for New Jersey. I am not sure if I am allowed to list them so I will play it safe and simply suggest you look for them on providers' websites.
Another source on this board is the review section. This will highlighted ladies who may not advertise here but who play here.
Of course, posts like this do draw provider responses, but it always seems to help if you specify what kind of woman interests you.

I have to spend a night in Ramsey a week from Monday. Curious about finding some companionship for the evening. I'm not really sure where to look.
Thanks. I guess I should have stated I am looking for a more mature provider. My other question is what is Ramsey considered? Take BP for example. It is broken up into Norther, Southern, Central, etc NJ. The state is laid out kind of strange, so I was not sure what areas to search. Thanks again.
