Since returning finishing school I've decided to move to Cherry Hill. I am interested in visiting other areas of NJ, but have a time figuring out what cities to visit and what cities are considered, SNJ, CNJ and/or NNJ.  

Google is not friendly with helping with this question. Can some give me some advice on what cities to visit? Most importantly, breaking the cities down to there respected areas.

You may get a few different opinions on this.
Northern NJ  Anything north of route 80  some will go futher South
Main areas
Parsippany dover denville clifton hackensack
Patterson and surrounding towns
jersey city fort lee teaneck hoboken
meadowlands secaucus and surrounding areas perhap Morristown
i have seen princeton and new brunswick in both cnj and snj

The border between cnj and nnj is blurry  newark could be cnj or nnj
i would say union kenilworth somerset bridgewater down to avenel.  

Jersey shore  GSP exits 120 south through monmouth and ocean county
to LBI Manahawkin  Freehold lakewood
toms river forked river eatontown long branch

SNJ  Trenton to Cherry Hill  annd south
Atlantic City Absecon Galloway Vineland Deptford Bordentown Pemberton and a few others

Do yourself a favor when visiting NNJ, stay away from Paterson and Newark.
