appartentely, the former IG leader  gave the new operation the email list......  

guess i have to include a sentence in every email not to sell , barter, trade or giveaway my email address ! !  

do privacy laws cover email address s ???  if not, they should !! !!

Are you kidding? You voluntarily gave IG your email addy when you signed up for the IG newsletter/email list. There is nothing to stop them from then giving, selling your email addy to anyone.

Email addresses are sold/ traded etc. all the time, so are postal addresses. Nothing illegal about it.
Do you ever get junk mail at home? Chances are at least half of it is due to someone selling your address.

Besides since you signed up for the IG email list why would you not want to be on the angles email list? It is the same pussy just a different agency owner.  

What is a bit odd to me is the phone number is a 605 (South Dakota) area code.
Yes I know you can get a cell phone with almost any area code you want, but it does make one wonder. Also I’m sure you can run an agency from any place too. If it is to try to avoid the long arm of the law they are fooling themselves, because if LE wants to get you they will. IG found that out as did Aphrodite  

 
BTW if you have a free throw away hobby email addy it should be no big deal

I am afraid the info passed on  is more than the email contact list.  I wonder if the new agency also get hold of the screened client names and number , which are the most valuable asset  an established agency possesses.

 
yes, big lesson learned, dont use your primary email, because no matter what, eventually it might end up in someone else  s hands and things will go wrong.  not that i m worried about LE, they re mostly after the agency and or the girls.... IG went downhill last year, after seeing 2 different girls, and getting the same story on how they were treated by management, i decided it s time to break from IG as it s only a matter of time till the end occurs, and i didn't want to be part of that implosion.  

and, btw,  last year i did ask IG to take me off email list, they did , and no more daily emails received, but it s very clear i was  not deleted completely, but i guess that s my fault for not being specific :

I think in the realm of this business know one should be selling or giving away email addresses without permission of the person who retains the email address This a not junk email or spam mail we are talking about .We as providers are supposed to keep things confidential to the client provider relationship that is what the gentlemen expect from us their privacy as well as we expect the client to respect  our privacy  

Giving out a email list to another agency or provider without the owners knowledge of doing so Really makes the Client to be hesitatet to fill out contact info and to be screened properly by another agency or provider Know one should be contacting any client without the permission of that client  

That is crossing the confidentiality of the client relationship  

We expect the client to resepct our privacy well it works two ways you must resepct thiers as well  

We ask a lot of clients during the screening process most always promise to keep their info safe and secure But now emails lists are being sent to others and they feel its okay to contact clients radomly without permission thats just plain old greed  

If you run your business with a level of true professionalism you will always have a a great clienental  
 I personally never email any client inless i do know for sure it is okay to do so  

The only time anything is shared is for screening purposes by request of another provider for a references then the client is aware since he told her to contact me for reference  

Also trading emails addresses with other agencies from a  agency that was recently busted thats really the worst part  

 

Most cases we are given the clients real names but we never give ours to them least we can do is not share their info without their permissio

This puts the lie to the statements of many agencies that they don't retain client information.  They do, and every client is at risk that the information will be obtained by someone who will breach your confidentiality or call you into the station to make a statement.

I have a long time favorite who asks me for my cell number before every session.  That tells me that she doesn't store them in her phone or computer.  I like that.

On the other hand, another recent start up agency harvested the emails from members of another board and used it for its initial mailing lists.  That annoyed the hell out of me, especially when, and I don't know how this happened, I started to get emails from the agency on a separate email account that I used for a not for profit organization.  That really shook me, and although they removed both of my emails from their list, I will never deal with them.

The rule used to be that no provider or agency would contact you without express permission.  Although the reality in other industries is that email addresses are bought and sold all of the time the sale of them in the Hobby is a breach of confidentiality.

Thank you very much for being the voice of reason in this whole thread.  YesI am a start up agency and NO JEWELS DID NOT SELL OUR CLIENT INFO TO ANYONE!!!! Email lists are totally different however and Jewels said to feel free as the original site was hers and all I did was pay to redesign it and with it came email list which btw YLS shares as well as they both were together so what the hell difference does it make.  YOU SHOULD BE USING A DUMMY EMAIL ADDY any old way and if you want to unsubscribe then  change your email addy for goodness  sakes to another hobby email and do not gripe and assume that things were done to keep you in the eyes of LE.   HAS IG been reincarnated?  NO!!!! Was IG under investigation before this ?  NO!!!! What truly happened was one agency owner whom shall remain nameless spilled his guts to get a lighter sentence and he did not only mention IG  he mentioned many agencies that ALL OF YOU USE!! This is a game and all of you know the risks involving this game so trust me they do not want you they want an owner so they can pin a whole bunch of crap charges on them and look good.  DID YOU see IG in the papers like Pamela?  NO!!!! Why cause Jewels did not have millions in bank accounts and now Jewels is retired not cause she wants to be trust me on that ..lol  
The phone number on my site I chose whatever number I wanted to choose and whatever area code I want to as it does not matter.  Jesus do you not read what this nice gentleman said when they are out to get you they will.  It is the way it is.  All client numbers have not been transferred to me.  I do not have that if you want then I can check your previous number due to the fact that YLS was conjoined with IG and I can just ask for it and you do not have to re screen that is how things have been being done here.

As for all the independents responding to this I think you need to get your facts straight before you put your nose where it does not belong cause quite frankly you assume stuff and you have never been owners of agencies nor know what goes on behind scenes.  It is true all info for clients has been deleted on IG side but like I said we can verify you thru YLS and this is not a bad thing .  I mean use my service do not use it do whatever you wish to do and like I said you do not want to be on email list then go and make a new one or just spam my emails.  

I will tell you this I want to thank the many clients that have been nice to me from this board and have used my service thus far and have not tried to compare me to IG.  

 IG is no longer and it is sad to be honest cause Jewels was the best of the best sad that there are rat's in this business that want to save their own asses instead of take the time that comes with the punishment and not RAT anyone out but I guess this young man  did not think of that,  Let me tell you something if you are all waiting to see if LE is gonna knock on your door cause you were an IG client think again they got better things to do than bother with middle class guys like you .  Trust me.  You also I think take things to another level and think that everything is suspicious.  Not everyone is the same.  There are many agencies on here that have re invented themselves under other names and you say nothing and still use them so what is the big fuss.  An email addy ?  Please !! A first time agency always wants to try and build and that is it.. Nothing else nothing less .  I hope this answers your questions and you can stop all the paranoia.  It has been like 2 months already since all of this happened and hence again I stress do you see anything in paper about this whole thing?  Quite frankly you guys would have been none the wiser if Jewels was not honest with all of you and Lacey as well to tell you that the reason for  IG closing to KEEP YOU SAFE but yet you still mention IG and they are gone.  GFE Angels is here and like it or not if you want to use us great if you do not then fine too.  I am good with it but trust me if you think no one will use this place think again cause you guys want  five things;. fun, affordability, reliability,hot girls & discretion.  All of those you will get here .

Let me tell you something about agency girls do not believe everything you read as most of them and their drama is not tolerated and they start to say bad things about the agency management.  If they did not like it no one out a gun to their heads to work they did.  Like I said many things go on behind the scenes with the girls hired hence all of the girls that were former IG girls asked to work and I said NO!!! I asked n Jewels which were drama and I much rather start fresh than have drama such as drug addicts, drunks, pimp boyfriends in room next door, those are just a few ...lol  So many more.  it goes on and on and on .. I would rather be open once in awhile with girls that are good then be open every week with girls that are drama and have disease as some girls also refused to take STD test and that was a oroblem as well.  So do not believe everything you hear in a room.,  They want you to feel bad for them so you tip em more or they give you a phone number so they can keep money to themselves. Yadda yadda

If you read previous post the only thing we have is your email  as it came with hosting of new site .  As you know YLS numbers are valid still and IG and YLS shared a site.  IG numbers gone but YLS still here hence the reason you do not need to be re screened as we can verify you thru YLS .  

I am disabling email list with all of last known email addy's and on the site there will be no more email list options.  Instead I have decided to do a  blog to see by the day whats happening at gfe angels .  I am so sorry for  all of this mess and truly did not think it was gonna make so many people angry so I am fixing the situation as we speak and I am truly sorry if you guys have felt like I have invaded your privacy truly.
