We providers assume most guys know we woukd be happy to host specifically to ones needs if reimbursed. So you might say oh well I can't have a papertrail checking into hotel. This is the perfect solution. Then you don't have to wait for a provider to host in Flemington. If budget is an issue then maybe you specify cost of room your willing to reimburse. I'm always amazed at the amount of emails I get for when I may be hosting in a specific town on a specific day and time. Will never happen. So if you want what you want YOU have to make it happen.
