This is what my tax dollars are going towards? What's wrong? Not enought speeders out there for traffic tickets because of the snow so you have to go after other 'crime'??

When they conduct these raids, do they even care if any hobbyists are scooped up in the mix? For all those places hit not one client got busted. Lucky?
