I would suggest you search the rewiews here on TER.

Also search the posts on this board. there are a few gals who
do post Atlantic city ads here from time to time.

True it seems the gals are a bit scarce in Atlantic City as far as
reviews here and ads but there are some.

My opinion it is hit or miss picking a gal  in a casino...if that is
what you try hope you hit.
