It might sound cliche, but a provider once showered with me, and we each scrubbed each others' backs, you know, the spot that one can't usually reach on their own.
The rest of what has happened in my sessions is pretty typical of what goes on in most sessions (or so I have read in reviews), but the whole idea of "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" (as literal as you can imagine it) is the best thing I can think of from one of my sessions with a provider.
In casual email with an ATF whom I had seen often, I mentioned that my Mom had passed away recently, offered to just have a cup of coffee and hang out. For privacy's sake I wont name her (she posts here from time to time) but it exemplified her genuine courtesan's nature of wanting to comfort others.
Responding to my initial e-mail while I was a newbie. Four years ago...she has been my ATF since day one...M&G's in NYC...90 + meetings...several amazing doubles...that incredible evening in Vegas last summer. There is no single event that stands out...but the accumulated experiences...wow! And who knows what still lies out there!
