This question is really not one that can be answered by multiple choice.  

1) Money has everything to do with this hobby.  
2) Not all men are the same, so it would be impossible to select one of your answers.  While one guy may be great for one hour,  he may be absolutely miserable to spend a weekend with (and vice versa, in fact).

Not counting the MONEY side of things. which of the following is providers' favorite kind of session?

a.... 1hr...

b.... 2hr...

c.... multi hr with a dinner date (3 to 4 hr)....

d.... overnight (meet friday night & ends saturday morning )

e.... 2 day weekend (meet friday night & leaves sunday night )..

which one is best and why??

I agree with you absolutely.
Same with men. Many a time after the first cup men also loose interest with some women.
Maybe if it was more of a romantic encounter it would end up longer and better.
