GIS is better and will yield results that TinEye does not. The photos are not unique. Also, google search of the number, which is a Rhode Island number in the ad as of when I clicked the link, turned up a man named David looking for scrap computer parts on Providence Freecycle. You can make your conclusions from that. I don't make the news, I just report it.
