Writing a second review

Would like to know every ones thoughts on writing a second review on a provider.  I wrote a review on someone about 6 months ago and it was a great review.  But I saw her recently and the service was terrible as if she is now going through the motions.  Should I do a new up dated review?

She might have had an off day and is still a good provider.  Has she any recent reviews that are good or otherwise?

Maybe she will give you a discounted makeup session.

I feel it is important to be truthful to other possible clients, but the fact that a bad review could hurt a person's career has to be considered too.

I have seen her a few times recently to give her the benefit of the doubt. And mentioned to her that she now hurries etc. Other recent reviews have started to indicate the same thing.

If you write a 2nd review on a provider, it will cause the irst review to be removed!

Just an FYI....

There is no need to get her permission or her blessing. If her services are getting worse, you should replace your old review. On the same token, it is also acceptable practice to replace a bad review with a better one if warranted.

Your new review will replace the old review and you will not get VIP credit either.

If you are writing reviews for your fellow reviewers, then change it. If you are only posting reviews for providers then you can take mrfisher's advice and beg her for better service or her permission.

I've had makeup sessions with providerrs who thought they didn't measure up.  Life happens. Speeding tickets. Lost license. Kids arrested. Husbands in jail.  Phlebitus and emergency surgery. Two emergency historectomies. Get some facts.

Write the review! It is best to give the clients two views of the provider.
Then they can decide on their own.  The reviews should be there to help those
Who don't know the provider and are debating whether to make a visit or not.

Of course there is no VIP credit for doing so.
