My last 2 started threads never showed up...I wonder why? there werent inappropriate at all.

You must be logged in to do this.  Once in My TER find the button that says "More," and hover your cursor over that.  A menu will drop down and the second choice is "My Board Posts."  Click on it and you'll get a list of all of them.  The ones that were not put up will say "Not Allowed" and give a brief reason why.  If you don't understand it or disagree with it you can either click on "Report This Post" and ask a question, or you can click on "Edit This Post" and change what you wrote to fix TER's issue with it.  They should reply in the "Feedback" section, which is a button next to "More."
