I saw ads on BP, are the AMPs up and running again?

both LE & state & local ordinances trying to legislate them out of existance.  I know 3 have been busted.  One was warned off before even opening.  At least 2 others have been denied licences under the new ordinances.  (One is now stuck with a lease for a building they can not use.)  MPs, by their public visibility, are easy targets.  Personally, I wonder if there will be any left when the license renewal cycle repeats.
