BBBJ is not a risky behavior. I think the biggest issue with STD stats is you have to put them in context. the CDC says that condoms are only 80% effective against HIV. So everyone thinks that if they use a rubber they still are 20% at risk, well the truth is the reason for the 20% is because of misuse/improper use or breakage.
