It's all been said there.  I've been at it for almost three months and there's a lot to learn.  My main suggestion is to go to P411 first because you can actually speak with someone there who'll help you to identify the info they need for verification.  Once you've joined, seek providers who are listed as "Newbie friendly."  After you seen a couple, have them give you a "Provider OK." and you'll be set.  Good luck!
