Time to take a trip to the toy store! What should every respectable woman have in her lair?  Making my list, please help!

Toys for use on you, or toys for use on others?  Are you more into sensuality or is fetish gear also of interest to you?  I can make recommendations, but it's hard to do so without knowing more about what your style is.  ;)

I have many friends who are sex toy experts and some of them even manage sex toy stores, so I do think and discuss a lot about toys.  One of my favorite topics.  Here are some general recommendations based on my personal favorites:

Vibrators:  Lelo, hands down, is my favorite company for vibrators.  There is a lot of agreement on this across the board about this from others as well.  UNLESS you're one of those ladies who needs a powerful Hitachi, in which case, I'm sure nothing else will do.  I'm too sensitive for Hitachis, which I would say is probably the other popular favorite.  Since I'm sensitive and driven by clitoral stimulation, I like a clitoral vibrator coated in smooth, soft silicone, that has a variety of intensity settings so I can choose to stick with the lower levels of vibration.  There's also a new company on the market called Minna which is producing a clitoral vibrator called Limon whose vibration intensity corresponds to how hard you squeeze it in your hand while youre masturbating with it.  It's super intuitive and natural to use, unlike most vibrators, so that's my current favorite despite being taken by Lelo products in general.

Bondage & Restraints:  Even if you're kind of vanilla, at the minimum a sexy silky blindfold can be a lot of fun, and perhaps something for a little sensual bondage, like bondage tape or a soft length of rope.  Be sure to also get some blunt-tip scissors in case you need to cut someone out of your bondage gear in an emergency.  :)

Do you do assplay on men?  If so, here are some recommendations:

gloves:  black nitrile or latex gloves, the smallest size that comfortably fits you, to minimize wrinkles

lube:  I prefer water-based "You'll Never Know it's Not Boy Butter!"  (alternative to oil-based "Boy Butter"), but there are lots of good options.  at a good sex toy store, they can help you decide which lube is best for you and explain the differences.  (also try cheaplubes.com for cheaper lubes though.)

buttplugs & self-stimulators:  I like the Aneros line for self-prostate stimulators that men can wear while we do other things, and I like the nJoy stainless steel buttplugs.  if you see a lot of guys who like assplay, perhaps a variety of sizes would be good, otherwise maybe just one (choose a size you can enjoy and have fun with too)!

handheld anal toys and wands:  I am very partial again to the nJoy line of stainless steel wands, as well as some of the handmade glass wands (made especially from borosilicate / pyrex so as to be safe for internal play and unlikely to break if bumped inside your bag, etc.)  There are also handheld prostate vibrators and such, although I'm personally not partial to them.

strap-on harness:  spareparts is amazing for washable, sturdy harnesses.  some are adjustable with velcro straps, and some are like briefs you can put a dildo in.  also, aslan leather harnesses are excellent as well and come in a few different colors.

strap-on didos:  vixskin, fun factor, and tantus are all brands I feel comfortable recommending.  they all use non-porous silicone which is fully sterilizable with soap and water, and perhaps the occasional boiling for your peace of mind.  these are high enough quality for professional use, and you do not need to even use condoms with them if you wash them thoroughly between uses.  this is not the case when you buy a random dildo that does not come from a reputable company, as many companies use porous silicone to make sex toys, which is cheaper, not sterilizable, and will often be labeled as a "novelty" toy or something.  Stay away from those types of dildos unless you only plan to use them on yourself or with one regular partner.

SEX FURNITURE:

If you have a static Incall and are adventurous about positioning, I highly recommend trying some of the Liberator sex pillows / furniture.  I'm personally a big fan of the ramp/wedge combo, which I keep at the Incall I use in NYC.  If only I could bring it to hotel rooms with me... ;)

Hopefully this gives you some fun ideas even if it's not all quite your thing.  I love discussing sex toys LOL.  :)

I'll print this out and use it as my toy guide!

Really excellent info!!!!!! Thank you!
