Population alone in the area is depressing in comparison to surrounding states. Taxes are high, there is no industry here and really it's becoming a Mecca for people needing state support. The only area that is OK is Stamford and that's because there is some Financial Industry there. Look how long it took for Eros to have CT as a separate area and still Stamford cost more to advertise through them. Four years ago I received a lot of inquiries for business travelers. Not anymore- and my web presence and reviews, etc are even more established. There is no business here- no business travelers less providers required. Very sad state of affairs for Hartford , CT.

Hartford's a bit far for me, but you know I'd love to see you in Stamford or White Plains.  Those Hartford jokers don't know what they're missing.  Screw 'em.  Or, rather, don't.

I am having the same issue...

I am in Stamford and have had a ncns and a last minute cancellation. I will be in Hartford tomorrow. I haven't even arrived in Hartford and all of a sudden almost all of my appointments cancelled. Not exactly encouragement for a lady to return. What is going on here?

I used to live here a couple years ago. The men didn't cancel and gave 24 hours notice. They were wonderful and I enjoyed traveling long distances for outcalls to make them happy anywhere in all of new England. I've been here a week now, and anyone who booked ends up cancelling last minute. I think sometimes when too many providers start touring an area, it changes the men. I've seen DC and Chicago have changes because of the enormous amount of touring girls, options are unlimited and we are easily replaced and expendable. This is why I focus my advertising to hopefully create a vibe that will entice the gentlemen who are considerate, professional, and won't yank me around and cancel. It's worked in most places I've toured, I am treated very nicely. But I come back to my old haunting ground, and I've been here all week with nothing following through that was arranged prior.. I hope it gets better. I was going to move back here. I missed it so much

My last time in Hartford wasn't as good as my previous visits BUT (big but lol) ........

....I still love the place and i'm giving it another just in less than a week.  
Sometimes places you regularly do well in well you can ocassionally get a miss vs a hit.  
On the other hand I didn't like Stamford at all but I might try it again one of these days just because places can have their ups and downs once in a blue moon.  

The worst touring experience i've had that left the most sour taste in my mouth wasn't even in New England it was midwest (Minneapolis).

in Hartford when I was there earlier this year.  What has happened in a few months?  It's making me rethink my "Fenway or Bust" tour in October.  Was hoping to drive up and stop in some spots in CT and MA before cheering on the Sox in Boston.  Will still be in Boston but maybe I will stick with the always wonderful DC and VA

Incredible to hear that so many cancelled on you.  They wasted your time in getting them screened and then have the nerve to cancel on you with little or no notice. Especially knowing that you are touring and have travel/hotel costs to cover. I can't blame you for having no desire to return there. Definitely their loss.  

And the guy that asked for a 10am appt on the day of your check-in...has this guy never been to a hotel before! As you stated most places won't let you check in til 3 or 4 on day of arrival.

So I've been trying to line up some companionship for my travels to New Haven/Hartford with very little success.  Being in Dallas, my usual research tools are P411 and TER.  Very little help in CT.  And I've had little response to my inquiries.  I'd rather see some low volume locals that touring ladies.  So what is the deal with New England?

I think that Hartford may have hit the lottery, yet it seems that all the guys with the winning tickets lost them.  Now if they were willing to offer doubles, I'd actually catch a later flight tomorrow afternoon and stick around for that!

I've had the same issue with Hartford

I did a two tours in Hartford and had to cut my tours short, because of cancellations. I arrived in Hartford with my schedule  
booked and every appointment was canceled. I don't think I will return anytime soon

.......is what I've heard from a number of high-quality providers regarding the jerkoffs that do this to the ladies.  Several of those providers have posted on this thread.  Beautiful, sexy, erotic ladies that always give me a first class experience, and some of you "a-holes" are ruining it for the rest of us with your game-playing.

No wonder providers start to get cynical, hesitant and bitchy after awhile.  You're basically ripping them off when you pull NCNS and last-minute cancellations.   Why bother contacting a provider and setting up an appointment if you have no intention of keeping it, or aren't highly confident that you will be able to show up ?

There just can't be that many 'car accidents'......'last-minute meetings with your boss'.... and 'family emergencies' to account for all these incidents.
