I'm somewhat reluctant to write this, but I think that all should be aware of experiences good or otherwise.
I called Mya early last week and got right thru. We set up an appointment for a week ago last Saturday at noon. She asked that I confirm later in the week. I called her Friday and again got right thru and confirmed the appointment and got directions. I let her know both times we spoke that I had a very long drive to see her. She said it would be worth my while.
Mya had asked that I call her when I was getting close on Saturday. So I called at quarter of and she did not pick up - went to voicemail which was full. I thought that maybe she was in the shower. I called again at ten of and five of. I arrived at noon and sat in her driveway a couple minutes and then went to the door. I knocked a few times but after standing there for several minutes I felt a bit exposed as I was in plain view. I got back in the car and called a couple more time without success. I finally left and called before getting on the highway and then a while later with no pick up and to the full voicemail box.
Prior to writing this I even went so far as to look at the online Portsmouth newspaper to see if there were any clues. I also waited several days to provide Mya with an opportunity to contact me to let me know what happened. Nothing from Mya.
I am fortunate that I'm not out the fee. Just five hours of my time and gas for 275 miles of driving.
I will not attempt another appointment and would urge caution from other members.
