Query:  Does advertisement constitute a crime of offering to sell sex?  Does NH statute actually outlaw, or is labeled as an attempt of prostitution??  I guess it would constitute "Soliciting", but may be difficult to prove without an admission on her part.

Chapter 645

645:2 Prostitution and Related Offenses.
     I. A person is guilty of a misdemeanor if the person:
     (a) Solicits, agrees to perform, or engages in sexual contact as defined in RSA 632-A:1, IV or sexual penetration as defined in RSA 632-A:1, V, in return for consideration; or

Penalty:  Chapter 651:2 II-a
    III-a. A person convicted of a violation may be sentenced to conditional or unconditional discharge, or a fine.

(Prostitution appears to constitute a "simple" misdemeanor, rather than the more serious Class A or B misdemeanor.)
