I have another question, if a provider offers bbbj, daty how do you keep from getting anything? I’m a little worried myself. So now before I see someone I use mouthwash before and after. We’re both at risk, I know I’m clean and I want to stay that way for both all of us. Is there any precautions I can take to protect us both without using latex?  I love to kiss and feel affection. As for the fingers I never though of using lemon juice or alcohol on my hands to check for micro cuts.

Mouthwash. It's actually a pretty bad idea. It damages the tissues in your mouth if you use it more than 2-3 times a day and could make you more susceptible to infection. You also shouldn't floss or brush your teeth a couple of hours before hand as that can create small cuts in your mouth and also opens you up to more infection. And honestly, mouthwash won't kill any kind of viruses and can really barely kill bacteria at that.
