If she doesn't have any client reviews then I would ask her what other providers she knows. When you talk to these girls they usually have a friend already doing this that introduced them.
That's a good idea Serenity. I have a friend who is not yet reviewed and she is not dangerous nor a rip-off and i've welcomed her to use me as a reference. I wouldn't allow her to if I didn't think she was worthy of it. Harder for some new girls it seems than me even for me 3 years ago with getting reviews......it seems not many will see you without reviews and you need people to see you to get one lol.
