The best way to find the options is by doing an advanced search.

Start with "2 girl action" = "Yes, really into it" to find providers that enjoy pleasing a woman, then introduce your self by what ever means they require. (Website form, email, phone, whatever) After you make contact, explain what you're looking for and ask if they see couples.  Then go from there.

That's one possible reason. Don't take it personally.

The other is that there are a ton of variables involved.  You're not just asking for your self, but your SO as well. She may want to peruse the options and details with you.
Hair, ethnicity, body type, etc.  
Someone may have a recommendation, but with the search tools available, it may be easier to find the right one yourself. I could tell you to call the girl(s) I've done threesomes with, but they may not be your type or you SO's.  (Besides that, she's off grid right now)

Another criteria to use in the search tool. In the ""Price for Service" section, choose "Service type: Escort" then "Service Category:With Couple"  I had forgotten that one when I responded before.
