About a year ago there was a girl who advertised this specialty.  I spoke with her several times but had difficulty scheduling.  Part of the problem for me was travel distance.  She was in your geographic area and is probably still there.  Her webpage seems to be gone, but the phone # in the CV ad looks familiar (857).
