You would probably get the most activity from the NY boards -- I am the Stamford area and always check the NY boards but only occasionally NE.

Which board IS BEST for me right Now, Which one should I use?

I would try both New England and New York City on TER. You might also want to post a notice on CL for New Haven, and put a link to your TER reviews. I look at CL, but would never call anyone advertising there that didn't have TER reviews and their own Web site.
