Personally I would think twice about rebooking anyone that cancelled on me once.  But if I did and a second booking was cancelled, there would be no way I would set myself up for a third.  This business always has and always will be Caveat Emptor( and Res Ipsa Loquitor).

Yes the second time I canceled because of my mom, any one who knows me well knows that for a couple months my mother was very sick
Yes the 3rd time I cancelled because an hour or so before his appointment I had a bad appointment and I called and explained that I was sorry but I was physically and mentally worn out. I took off a whole week after that. He did not want to accept that and called me a liar and verbally attacked me with over 50 text in one evening.
Since I posted the original thread above I have received another 50 or 60 text threatening to "ruin my reputation" and he will make sure that by the end of the summer I will have to drop my rates. he says I owe him a sincere apology...I already apologized, what more can I do?!!!
I am sick and tired and I dont need this bullshit from this man any longer.
I am a human being with issues like every one else and that month he is still hung up on was hard for me and he knew what was going on. I never NCNS on him and when we did spend time together i always stayed and hung out well over my hour.
I spoke with the provider he is lying about and she didn't mention the things he lies about. Leave other providers out of this...they are not interested in your childish games.

Cancelling for strep is absolutely the right thing to do. I wish everyone would stay home when they are sick. Showing up and spreading streph is like playing Typhoid Mary .This was a much more gracious choice . Your announcement and discount were certainly imho were a graceful way to bow out .Intergrity is very attractive it looks good on you . Kendall
