Ladies...where do you get the most response from and do you think it is worth the money to pay on some of the web sites?

You can't beat the price for either side.

You can't beat TER for good feedback and advertising.  Get some good reviews posted here and you'll have all the clients you can handle.  Encourage reviews and feedback from clients.  Don't bother with CV or EROS...this is the place to be!
