Touring ladies charge more because thy have to spend 5 hours driving each way to VT, and then cover their hotel and their adverting.  VT is known to arrest all the local ladies that are on drugs but they tend to leave the touring ladies alone.  I doubt you will find any well reviewed mature women for under 250 a hour

I would stay away from Killington/Rutland, as that is where they seem to arrest a lot of local, younger providers  for drugs.
