Performance is more important than looks.  If looks are more important to you, just go to a strip club.

Read reviews carefully.  Not every girl will match my needs.  If fact most won't.  Don't set up an appointment (you should have known) is not going to go well.

Be efficient and courteous in screening/booking.  Easy for me to say with 24 okays on P411.  Get P411 if you have difficulty screening.

Confirm and re-confirm appointment before you leave (for incall).  If a girl cancels or needs to reschedule, take it in stride.  Take pleasure in booking her (or someone else) another day if necessary.  Notify the girl with as much lead-time as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Arrive clean.  Shit/shower/shave...whatever else you have to do.  Take a quick "freshen up" shower on arrival even if your hair is still wet from your shower at home.

Let the girl know what you want...hopefully you know what you want.  Let her know what she is doing well...or not doing so well, if that is the case.  Don't hesitate to ask for something different if need be e.g. "let's go to the mirror" or "lets go back to the bed"

I always write a review on seeing a [new for me] girl.  Following these rules has worked well for me and allowed me to write all good reviews for quite some time now.    If things don't go well, try to work something out with the girl/agency before writing a bad review.

Please keep in mind, all rules are made to be broken.  Just some more wisdom I have encountered over time, always like to share experiences.

1.  YMMV with ANYONE you decide to meet.  There is always the possibility that you and a provider won't click at all, or that you will click so well it's almost unreal.  Just because other people have listed X, Y & Z activities doesn't mean you can expect the exact same experience.
2.  That being said . . . guys, be GENTLEMEN.  Always.  Always be a gentlemen.  Because it will never, EVER, hurt.
3.  If you simply do not click with a provider - if there is no chemistry, if there simply nothing there - I would likely hold off writing a review if all of the others provider's reviews are stellar.  If a provider is consistently A+ in all reviews, and you feel like it was a C - something just didn't click between the two of you.  In those cases, I would probably not right a "bad" review because of not clicking.  Bad reviews should be saved for providers who are clear dashers, have obvious health problems / poor lifestyle choices, or who are outright rude to you.  
4.  On the flip side - let's say you and a provider click massively, and have a honeymoon experience, and you go so far over your original scheduled time that it's practically a marathon date - you may want to consider omitting that information as well.  Praise the provider up and down for how wonderful she is/was, but don't talk about the way over schedule portion of it.  That is unfair to the provider, because then other hobbyists will begin to expect it and those experiences are a once in a blue moon type of thing.
5.  Finally - the only way you're going to find that amazing UTR provider is through meet and greets.  Not BP, not any other site.  If that's what you're after, M&Gs are the way to go.  And they're advertised here on a regular basis.  Take the dive gents
