Candace Brooks used to do incall in that general area, and I believe she still does - she's very high end and well worth your time in the majority opinion.  

Vermont in general and the greater WRJ area in particular have become pretty tough because of the busts of low-end fly-by-night providers who, it would seem, are often supporting a habit, sadly.  So locals are wary of getting into the hobby, and traveling providers becoming a bit more rare on the northern end of the state.  Montreal or Southern NH have become necessities for those stuck in the middle or north, so to speak.  

I live in north-easternish part of the state, not a single provider.  Not one.  I guarantee if a quality provider took up residence in this area, she would have her pick of litter and be set for a long, long time.

And if Kassidy or Madame X make their way to WRJ, don't miss it - MAKE the time.  I'm still kicking myself how my schedule keeps screwing me over whenever Kassidy visits . . .
