Sheeesh: didn't this just happen a couple weeks before??

To me it just seems hobbying and gambling go together but I guess this is not Vegas. I'm headed to CT and it seems its difficult to find providers in that area. Is it because of LE, security at the hotels, or just little demand? I see the question posted frequently but never really any response.
