You would have to take MetroNorth from White Plains to New Haven, then switch to AMTRAK from New Haven to Hartford. Definitely not very easy, but doable if you coordinate the schedules.
Paulbuck..I had a feeling there were no direct lines but did not know where to go after New Haven..I believe I can do this. I am provider that has been under the radar for awhile.
