Uhmmmmm, lets figure this out...

A European swallow must beat its wings 43 times per second to maintain air speed velocity but this 5 ounce bird can't possibly carry a one pound coconut.  So unless there are multiple swallows carrying these say, under their dorsal guiding feathers, the answer is unclear.  

Alanna, I hope you are offering a special prize to those of us who made a valiant effort!!!
