If so, then you can find your profile which will have your ID number up at the top by going to reviews, then search reviews, then entering any unique identifier for yourself like a phone number as the other poster mentioned, or your email, or website URL, etc.
If nothing comes up, then you probably don't have any reviews and you'll have to wait until you get a review
