Is it just me, or do CBJ's completely go against the idea of a "GFE"???

I doubt I'm the first one to bring this up, but I just felt like throwing it out there.
Personally, I've never had a girlfriend insist on a cover for oral... Kinda like covering her with Saran Wrap before DATY :-p

Until some recognized authority gives  definitions to the myriads of acronyms that gals use, there will be lots of debate on this.

And I don't see that happening any time soon.

In the meantime, use the reviews to determine what services you are likely to obtain from any particular providers.

I've seen so many definitions of GFE. I had a guy tell me that I had to do uncovered everything to be true GFE but the idea of that scares me. Its tough to have a nice open experience but still have to keep the dangers in mind. Saran wrap..oh my! lol

I hear you, but it's a bit of an oxymoron to begin with: a *hired* GFE.  I never had a GF insist on covering oral, but then again, I never had a GF turn around and do the same things (or more) with many other dudes...  (that I know of!)

For that reason alone, I'm happy to err on the side of caution.  The nerd in me looks at the numbers, and the risk is unacceptable.  I can suspend my better judgment (and knowledge of statistics) long enough to buy a Powerball ticket occasionally, but not when the potential cost is so high (i.e. bringing something home from a trip that I can't explain).  My question is, how many guys here get a gift that keeps on giving?  I'm new to this, so maybe it's not as common as I think it would be?

So, IMHO, I'd expect a lady providing GFE to be convincingly enthusiastic and engaging--regardless of the acronyms we do.

....will ALWAYS vary on who you talk to no matter how many times or ways it's asked ;)....not that I get tired of answering. For some it'll come down to as simple as the acts performed or other aspects like atmosphere (candles, cooking or snacks, music, drinks, conversation etc) etc more than anything else. Then there are those who like or can "deal with" a combo or both and can "live with" a cbj if it's really good and daty with some kind of protective barrier etc.

If you have your own standard for gfe then by all means stick with it.  if just talking about acts alone i've seen 2 different providers for example with different opinions on what safe Gfe (sgfe) was .... one it was uncovered daty at her discretion, dfk&lfk, cbj or bbj at her discretion and cfs was a must so basically a condom would be used when the situation absolutely called for ir  but for the other it was covered everything (cbj and covered daty) and only lfk.

For my money, it's the feeling I have or do not have...  when I hit the sidewalk after.
Might it be possible?  Yes.  Likely?  Probably not.  Just read her reviews & decide to see her or not.

Perhaps I am showing my age, or, years I have followed this board, but, the GFE scale was popularized (and maybe coined--don't really know) by a hobbyist named St Bart.  He assigend point values to various activities.  A little searching by someone better than me would allow this scale to be visualized.  Again, perhaps someone smarter than me will periodically post said ST. Bart scale for all to see.

This a good point, sort of pulls the monkey out of the closet. I think some of us men have a tendency to be a bit harsh, I know my past GF's didn't blow me everytime. I think its up to the couple and the night. Most certainly any combination of Kissing or Oral counts for GFE. all it takes is to meet some of the truly non GFE providers to really appreciate the girls who just feel more comfortable with a lil cover action.

St.Bart's scale goes back to the early/mid 90's and I'm
pretty sure it can still be found on The otherBoarD.

This subject has been tossed around in so freaking many threads
over the years (decades) and yes, it does into into a guy's personal
feelings after (and/or during) his time with a particular lady but
when a gal uses it in her advertising she should really take a look at
the accepted and norm of what is includes in her services (and not
as an extra, etc.). If the gal doesn't have a clue as to what is the norm
then she shouldn't be using the term in the first place. Would she even
consider advertise an automobile she was selling by saying it was supercharged
when in reality it was a 6 cylinder? :-)
