I was indeed just trying to be helpful, not whining or bitching. You will notice one of my recent posts on the board was warning that a "provider" was actually obviously an entrapment scam. Look, I don't engage in the hobby on a very regular basis, but I want to be helpful and contribute to the community as I can. Many have not heard of this wesbite - and by the way, if you pay to have it "removed", they then have your real information and can associate who you really are with the number listed - so basically, you are perfectly capable of screwing yourself through paranoia. They are an LLC with a PO box in Florida, are run out of India and registered in Malaysia. Yeah, that smells like an extortion wesbite to me. In fact that's exactly what it is. It's basically like a revenge porn site except for hobbyists.
And yes, I had a secure, untraceable phone. They would have to subpoena through two different layers of usage to trace that number back to me - and no law enforcement agency is going to go through that trouble for something that, in most states, is less than a $300 fine. Especially if the website is located in India, which I'm sure creates all sorts of interesting legal issues. The process and paperwork alone would cost more than pursuing prosecution. My risk was minimal. I do not go about "willy nilly" texting providers - I do research first, and this looked legit. I work from a secure phone in these cases. Precautions are taken and nothing explicit is said. I am neither stupid nor "in the open" no matter what my initial post may have seemed like. I simply wanted to warn people that this website exists and they are trolling in New England now.
Texting, whether we like it or not, has become the dominant form of communication now. It's not about friends or homies - hell, I text with coworkers and bosses because it's more efficient than phone calls or emailing in many cases. Nicole, I understand your point about texts being transmittable - but so are emails, and MANY providers these days seem to prefer initial contact to be via email or through a form on their website, which are just as transmittable and postable. On the flip side of that, there have been many legit, well-known providers that I have tried to leave voicemails for that have full voicemail boxes, and they remain full for days, so eventually one just has to give up because they are not reachable. And as the whole scandal in England proved, voicemail is very easily hackable. I always - ALWAYS - respect whatever means of communication a provider prefers. Doesn't want text or email? I won't do either. Wants a phone call? Then all I ask is the common courtesy of keeping your voice mailbox clean. Many don't seem to do that anymore, for some reason. But my major point is - no form of communication is "safe" anymore. It just doesn't exist. Don't put on your tinfoil hat, but nothing electronic is secure. Nothing. Once again, I appreciate the point you are trying to make, I truly do. But I think I can honestly say I've never thought with my cock. One cannot afford to when in this business.
And Nicole, I also understand your point about "No reviews, move on". But where do we draw the line on that. How many reviews does a provider have to have, and on what site(s), to be considered legit? 5? 10? They could ALL be plants. So what is the cutoff number? I see a girl who has five reviews, and I look at who's reviewed them, and who else that reviewer or reviewers has reviewed, and sometimes that reviewer has reviewed providers in various geographic areas. So are they legit or plants? How deep down the rabbit hole does one go? It's easy to go down the road of paranoia in this business. Which is why I wish the federal government would pull its head out of its ass and just finally make this all legal like Canada has finally done.
I am sorry that I didn't include all this information in my original post - it had originally been much longer, but I decided to cut it down just to be brief. Obviously my mistake. I hope you're all having a pleasant evening.

Sweet Nicole, I think that SK058 was trying to be helpful. Some providers that I know actually prefer texts, others who don't want them. I only contact providers by their preferred method of contact. Since SK058 has a secure, untraceable hobby phone, I see no reason he should worry about texting from it. Yes, I think we all agree that reviewed providers are the way to go. Let's not beat each other up when they are trying to be helpful. I for one had not heard of Exposing Johns and appreciated the original post. It sounds like this "company" is just an extortion racket...they want $500 to remove your name once it is posted. Because their "cause" is seen as just in our vigilante culture, they seem to get away with it. I hope they get what they have coming.

you were careless she had no reviews you are willy nilly texting about business and about locations.
that's nuts.
Ya know I don't wanna sound like a bitch here but pull your head out of your ass and stop thinking with your Cock.
this is an illegal business a lil covert behavior is in order. why so out in the open...
Text messages can be read and emailed
Texting has no place in this biz. imo anyway.
If shes not reviewed she doesn't pass and you move onto someone else. end of story...
