As a lady who enjoys ladies I've found women are welcome in most clubs. I've gone many times both with gentlemen and alone and never had any difficulty in obtaining dances and and attention from the ladies I've found attractive and desirable. Approach is everything. Your lady friends will be aware of who is genuinely comfortable with them and who is not. You are going to introduce them to a good time and a new experience that I'm sure will be fun for all of you.
I wouldn't over think it too much, just go with the flow and have fun!

Grace

Geographically, lol.
I don't really do much clubbing these days, but there was a time when I did... and times when I still do, so I'll let you know the lay of the land from my perspective
I've always found my best luck to be out in Western MA, and the closer to Smith and Mount Holyoke the better! Anthony's in South Hadley is my favorite as far as finding cute, flexibly oriented college coeds who are happy to see where things go. There are some rather comfortable private rooms. The only downside is the crowd, and the fact that it's not the most attractive club I've ever seen, in terms of interior design.
Second is Mardi Gras, and it's a very fun club for first time club goers. The ladies will let you know what they're interested in doing for you, and many of them do really enjoy women. I know too many of those girls to get the usual strip club thrill out of seeing a stranger naked, but I'm sure your friends will love it. It's a very female friendly place, and I actually felt much more welcomed by the patrons as a fellow observer of beautiful dancers, rather than as a spectacle in and of myself (as I've felt at Anthony's).
I also enjoyed TENS in Salisbury a time or two (or twenty). It's a very attractive club concerning both the decor and the dancers, but not as big as Mardi Gras and way less of a party atmosphere. Drinks are kind of pricey.
I've been other places and had fun times, but I those three are the only places I've frequented enough to make confident recommendations about.
Have fun
