I am thinking about coming to Connecticut for a couple of days in August and offering incall...
What do you guys think?  I know August is a big vacation month - will any of you guys be around?
Also, any recommendations on what part to stay?

New Haven has better nightlife and restaurants...but Hartford has alot of commercial level business.

if you go to hartford, you ought to at least come down to new haven for dinner and drinks.

Yes, please.  Ask around, Hartford has a great reputation with the ladies.  We're "wicked" nice 'round here.

i suppose hartford's bigger commercial base would be a better market to visit, but i think new haven is more fun in terms of nightlife and options.  hartford shuts down after 5pm and there's not much to do.

if you'd like to check out new haven there's a lot of things to do day or night and the Omni Hotel is a very nice place to stay and is right in the center of new haven's best spots.  

PM me if you'd like to know more about what to do and where to go in new haven.  it's a good middle ground for visitors from down by fairfield and up north by hartford.
