Love to but when I checked on the hotel rates for July/August they were through the roof. Fall foliage won't be much better. When you can't be sure you'll have enough "visitors" it doesn't make traveling there enticing.

I'm not that far away in Kingston so if you have an outcall location I'd be happy to "come a callin'". 3 hour appts or more I'll supply the incall.
