As a really white Irish gal I could use one of those from say May-Sept if I ever wanted to consider even going to the beach between say dawn and dusk. I love the water and the coast but wow if I don't have to wear #50 upf clothes plus sunscreen and hat etc, and be in the shade you name it. I envy them!
