Hi ms mocha Yes, she has communicated. Handled it pretty well in fact. It's clear that well reviewed providers (esp ones with MANY reviews) handle their business with a level of professionalism not found everywhere (and no I don't find it naive to say that, even in this hobby). The fly by night ladies may be fun if you catch lightening in a bottle but the real amazing/explosive/toe-curling events come with experience. I've been lucky. When I catch up to this particular provider, I hope that's what I get
